Flat plate solar collectors

Features

  • The housing is made from a single aluminum sheet to ensure structural rigidity and has a painted housing in RAL 7022
  • The cover of the housing is made with an antireflective glass with higher transmissivity of solar radiation than ordinary solar glass that will improve 8-10% more heat annually
    The absorber is made of aluminum sheet with increased thickness of 0.50 mm to improve heat conductivity
  • The absorber is covered with a BlueTec selective coating produced using oxides of titanium and silicone with a high absorption of 95% and a low emission level of 5%
  • A harp arrangement of copper pipes providing minimum flow resistance, reducing electricity consumption by the circulation pump and ensuring efficient emptying of glycol in case of overheating and stagnation of the collector
  • Low heat losses to the environment are insured by the use of effective thermal insulation made of mineral wool, 40mm thick on the bottom of the housing and 20mm thick on the side walls
  • The quality of the KS2100 TLP ACR solar collector is confirmed by a SOLAR KEYMARK certificate. Collectors with this document comply with the quality requirements of the
    PN-EN 12975 standard. The quality tests performed on collectors are based on a 20-year minimum life cycle

Application

  • The solar collectors are designed for heating tap water, supporting central heating and swimming pool heating

Configuration

  • Many solar panels can be arranged in batteries. Max. number of panels in one battery is 18. The number of batteries is unlimited

Installation

  • It is recommended that a collector be installed in a position where it is inclined between 30o and 60o from the horizontal plane. For roofs with smaller inclination. For flat roofs and ground-level installation, universal constructions are available. It is also possible to install solar collectors on a roof slope covered with corrugated tiles, inclined at least 30o from the horizontal plane. Roof flashings elements are available to integrate the surfaces of solar collectors within the roofing plane.
